Description
Renovation of psychiatric residential facility for the reception of EX-OPG patients with ceased social dangerousness located in Santa Sofia d’Epiro (CS).
Renovation work was commissioned by the ASP of Cosenza, began in 2015 and was completed in 2016.
We carried out a complete renovation of the structure, starting from the parking lots to the total renovation of the interior structure. We made site cleaning, demolition, exterior walls and fences, suspended ceilings, plasterboard walls, sewers and bathrooms, air conditioning and electrical systems, and many other works for a complete restoration of the structure, which was completely new at the end of the works.
